Governs use of the Event Engine® software, including its associated files, development tools, scripts, programs and documentation.

These agreements are product-specific and are not interchangeable. The agreement that applies to you is the one for the product identified in your order.

If you have entered into a signed master agreement, order form, or statement of work with Factory Data Systems, that document may control over the agreement linked here. Refer to your own agreement, which sets out the order in which documents apply.

Superseded revisions are retained and are available on request.
